More often than not, parents end up decorating their kid’s bedroom in blue or pink, depending on the gender of their child. This is unfortunate because even though kid’s rooms do need to be colorful, they don’t specifically have to be girly pink or boyish blue and so you have to start exploring some other options as well.
A brilliant idea would be to ask the favorite color of your child and work with that. If your child is too small to express his/her feelings, then go for bright and vibrant colors such as yellows, reds and citrusy shades. Another great idea would be to plaster the kid’s bedroom with wallpaper of your choosing as these look best in children’s bedrooms.
